Manual Lymphatic Drainage Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, specialized massage technique designed to stimulate the natural circulation of lymph fluid, reducing swelling and aiding in detoxification. Using light, rhythmic, skin-stretching strokes, it directs fluid away from congested areas toward lymph nodes, often relieving lymphoedema, pain, and post-surgical bruising.
